Successful Campaigns: Momentus Golf Momentus Golf, Inc. Corners the "Swing Training" Market using DRTV! Momentus Golf, Inc. makers of the "Momentus Golf Swing Trainer" instituted a company-wide mission to position their brand and product as the #1 swing trainer in the golf training market. With approximately $1M in sales, Momentus Golf was also looking to increase sales and profits so they looked to Direct Response Television to accomplish this. Momentus Golf hired Cesari Direct to launch their "Swing Trainer" campaign through a long form infomercial campaign in 2001. Two key components of their campaign were on-camera endorsements by PGA tour veterans David Duval and Fred Funk. Cesari Direct used both the Golf Channel and lead-ins from PGA Golf Tournaments to strategically place the program on television. As a direct result of their DRTV campaign, Momentus Golf boasted sales in excess of more than $25 M. Additionally, the DRTV campaign increased their retail distribution and has positioned them as the #1 golf swing training aid in the country. Consumers can now find Momentus Golf Swing Trainiers at golfing stores and most country club pro-shops nationwide.
