What Felicia will bring to your business: Felicia provides much of the internal expertise and glue which help to keep Cesari Direct running effectively as a business… and allows the rest of us to stay focused on our clients! She oversees the company’s financials as well as running our HR department.

What Lynne will bring to your business: Lynne has a long-standing relationship with the Seattle area production community thanks to 20 years of experience working as a producer/project manager for corporate clients, broadcast television and commercials. Clients and crew describe Lynne as highly organized, resourceful, dedicated and… well… nice. Her disarming sense of humor, keen communication skills and ability to negotiate are integral to Lynne’s productions consistently coming in on time and on budget.
Favorite professional moments: I’ve produced TV commercials for Cesari Direct throughout the United States, Greece, Italy and even in Egypt during the challenging and chaotic revolution there.
Proudest personal accomplishment: In November, 2012, I finished my first half-marathon… and I’m now training to run a full marathon in the spring of 2013.
When not on the job: I love garden design, travel and photography. I share my home with a large, shaggy dog named BugZ who sometimes appears in Cesari Direct commercials.

What Stephanie will bring to your business: With her extensive experience in both direct response and also traditional media planning and buying, Stephanie brings our clients not only pure “media” expertise but also innovative promotional ideas and out-of-the-box thinking. Thanks to the long-lasting relationships which she has built with local television stations throughout the country, Stephanie is able to negotiate the most favorable rates while quickly solving the challenges which so often arise in optimizing media schedules.
Favorite professional moment: Putting together from start to finish a silent auction for a well-known charity. It was the American Cancer Society. I’m not sure if I can use their name. (Well, Stephanie, to recognize your good works… now we have.)
Proudest personal accomplishment: Coaching my son’s basketball team for one year and then realizing I should be an assistant coach.
When not on the job: I have a very understanding husband and two very energetic kids who keep me busy being a chaperone to and from practices.

What Celest will bring to your business: Celest is responsible for media client management, reporting, analytics and back-end set-up. Her experience working with traditional advertisers (Washington Mutual and Converse), direct response marketers (GoPro, Rug Doctor, Premier Baths and more) and as a client herself (Blue Frog Media) have all contributed to Celest’s exceptional analytical abilities.
Favorite professional moment: There’s nothing that replicates the feeling of a great test that leads to a successful roll-out for a client. I love to see our clients succeed… looking at the numbers, analyzing what the data tell us and making the changes needed to make a campaign great.
Proudest personal accomplishment: Learning to scuba dive after years of being wary of the water. Overcoming my fears and now being able to see a new world just below the surface has been an amazing experience.
When not on the job: Spending time with my incredibly smart and patient partner, Karen, who is never afraid to question my thoughts and make me a better person each day. I’m also a die-hard supporter of my beloved Seattle Mariners, Seahawks and Washington State Cougars.

What Michelle will bring to your business: Michelle has experience on both the television media and agency sides of direct response. This gives her an insider’s perspective on how to negotiate and place the most efficient media plans. More visibility and stronger branding for clients like GoPro and more.
Favorite professional moment: Helping a small regional client expand from three Northwest markets to 210 television markets throughout the U.S. and Canada… and eventually adding national cable, syndication and network TV as they became the market leader in their category.
Proudest personal accomplishment: Parasailing on Lake Kachess with my GoPro firmly in place to document every second of it!
When not on the job: I enjoy traveling -- especially to very warm climates. And I feel truly lucky to have two great kids who never ask for help on their homework!

What Bev will bring to your business: As a key member of the Cesari Direct media team since 2002, Bev negotiates, purchases, and manages media schedules. Bev’s years of previous experience as a television advertising sales representative have given her a strong understanding of the media industry. She brings a well-rounded approach to her buying decisions and is able to forge strong relationships with broadcast stations and cable networks.
Bev’s positive attitude and calm demeanor make her a pleasure to work with… while her knowledge and tenacity help to ensure the best return on our clients’ media investments.
Favorite professional moment: I’ve had many great moments from enjoying a Cubs game at Wrigley Field or jet skiing in St. Barths to having a conversation with Peter Jennings. However, the best part is truly the day-to-day connections made with wonderful people across the country. It is the relationships that make life enjoyable.
Proudest personal accomplishment: I’m definitely a work in progress. Hearing my kids giggle makes me smile. Capturing a candid moment with my camera is a treasure. Transforming every room of our house into our home is a joy. Last but not least, finishing Jillian Michaels “30-day Shred”… in 90… is a relief!
When not on the job: My husband Jason and I are the proud parents of two children- Jack and Ella. Between their karate, piano and dance lessons, we devote time to hiking the many trails near our home, riding bikes, staying fit and spending time with friends. I love anything to do with home design and always have my nose in a good book.

Favorite professional moment: At a traditional agency I worked at, we created a campaign for the Woodland Park Zoo to promote their new summer exhibits. Local radio, print and transit were part of the plan but we also included a scooter company that outfitted its scooters to look like zoo animals. We handed out passes and information to families walking off the ferries, watching the Torchlight Parade or playing at local parks. It was great to get so much exposure and use a new, fun channel to reach our audience.
Proudest personal accomplishment: Traveling abroad to Italy with a group of students and teachers I had never met before. I was surprised by my confidence and ability to succeed while being so far away from home.
When not on the job: I enjoy cooking, home decorating and spending time with my husband Toby and our two young daughters Isabelle and Abigail.

What Tina will bring to your business: Tina is responsible for bringing together the script, video, music, graphics, animation and other elements that make our storytelling special. Having worked with corporations, government agencies, video artists and filmmakers, Tina recognizes that collaboration is the key to producing outstanding work.

Proudest personal accomplishments: Kayaking in Glacier Bay, Alaska. Touching a gray whale in Magdalena Bay in the Sea of Cortez. Having a beer while sitting on Mendenhall Glacier in Juneau, Alaska.
When not on the job: I relive my childhood with my six-year old daughter.
Most important lesson learned: If you want to meet deadlines, trust no one. Especially yourself.
What Bob will bring to your business: Bob has more than thirty years of broad business experience in consumer products, manufacturing, distribution, high tech, apparel and medical technology. He has worked extensively with start-up enterprises as well as small and mid-sized high-growth companies domestically and internationally in various capacities including Executive VP, CFO and COO.
Bob was CFO of Piper Aircraft Corporation and CFO/COO of clothing company Ex-Officio where he was instrumental to its growth and sale to The Orvis Company and later to K2, Inc. Additionally, Bob has been CFO for Trillium Health Products, creators of the Juiceman brand of juice extractors, where he experienced first-hand how effective DRTV can be for building a strong brand name. He also holds a CPA license in the State of California.
Favorite professional moment: Being part of a team that built a company from start-up to eventually becoming acknowledged as one of the premier brands in its industry.
Proudest personal accomplishment: Earning my wings as a private pilot.
When not on the job: I’m an avid fly fisherman and can often be found on local rivers or fishing on the beaches of Puget Sound.

Proudest personal accomplishment: As a former professional alpine mountaineering guide, I’m closing in on my 100th ascent of Mt. Ranier (14,410 feet and the second highest peak in the continental United States).
When not on the job: My wife Tracie and I are busy raising three young daughters - Aidan, Maiti and Rory. We often spend our family days hiking in the Cascade Mountains or kayaking on Puget Sound.
