The Internet not only is the wave of the future but it is also the present preferred method many consumers use to of obtain information and then respond to it. Just ask any newspaper publisher - they are losing countless readers to the web.

The rapid shift comes as no surprise to Jeff Mezick, Cesari Direct’s Director of Technical Operations, who knows that younger people are especially more comfortable with dialing up than dialing in.

“A lot of people are now more inclined to go online with their I-Phone or their laptop than respond to a toll-free number,” Mezick said. “This way they can go at their own pace and can absolutely control what they do.”

Always fascinated by computers and by new technology, Jeff has over a dozen years of experience in giving both private and public sector groups the tools they need to realize their goals. He continues to develop new applications and implement existing technologies.

Like longtime business associate, Cesari Direct’s Adam Frew, Jeff is a graduate of the University of Maryland. A double-major in graphic design and computer art, Mezick has worked as animator, editor and as Internet application developer for NASA, the Naval Research Laboratory, the U.S. Postal Service and many private companies.

In 1996, Mezick was personally commended by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for his work with the Anti Submarine Warfare Technology Office for his animation, engineering and computer support.

Jeff is a cyclist and aspiring marathoner. He’s also begun to study the art of brewing beer and promises to let us know how his next batch turns out.
